For time, partitioned any way:
120 wall-ball shots, 20/14 lb ball to 10 /9 ft.
Time cap: 20 min.
If you’re not in the open, you’ll have the option to ski or bike the 80 calories.
Open athletes will have priority over pull-up and muscle up spots.
