10 Rounds For Time w/ Partner:

9 Deadlifts (135/95)

14 Med Ball Situps Over 20″ Box (20/14, MF:20)

9 Burpees Over Partner

14 Med Ball Step Ups (20″)

For the deadlift, one athlete will hold the top of the deadlift while the other athlete performs repetitions.

Time Cap: 20 Minutes
