Time Cap: 20 Minutes

*Step overs are done with a single db in the front rack (goblet) position. Both feet must touch the top of the box on the way over.

*Thrusters are done with a single db and must be broken up as evenly as possible on your right and left arms. Example: 11 right arm + 10 left arm for the 21 reps.

*All runs are clockwise around the building for Rx. Each lap is worth one rep. (600m = 3)
