Time Cap: 20 Minutes
*DO NOT DROP DBs.
*DB snatches must alternate between hands each rep.
*Both heads of the DB must touch the floor between each rep.
*Your “off” hand can NOT come in contact with your body during rep. (Example: pushing off knee)
*During burpees you must jump and touch part of the pull-up rig that is 6″ out of your reach WITH BOTH HANDS.
*DU reps are 80-60-40. Scale to 80-60-40 single unders.
